Bill and Chesapeake Construction did a great job making our Master Suite addition happen. On time and on budget, even during the pandemic winter months. His crews showed up and did the work right the first time with quality workmanship and materials that matched the look of our 1946 home. We were kept in the loop during each phase of construction, and have recommended this company to friends and neighbors, one is using them for a large addition right now.

Prompt and reasonable estimate, excellent work both inside and outside the house. Very easy to work with and always pleasant. They recently remodeled our porch with new support posts, removed existing railings and painted the iron railings going down our stairs. They also updated our back deck with composite decking years ago and replaced a basement door for us. Great people and company. We will continue to work with them in the future.

Excellent craftsmanship and completed complete renovation of two bathrooms, on-time and within budget. The project entailed complete demo down to the studs, including flooring. The bathrooms were reconfigured to include electrical and plumbing and all new toilets, showers, tub, flooring, fixtures and lighting and tiling.

Absolute perfection. Not the cheapest contractor but definitely the best. You get what you pay for.

I can't say enough great things about my latest project done by Chesapeake Construction. The first project was new countertops and half a wall removed and things turned out exactly how I wanted. This project was adding floors to my unfinished attic for storage and from start to finish they were again great to work with. The price was fair, they scheduled the work in a decent amount of time, showed up on time, were super friendly and the attic is perfect. It turned out even better than I had hoped. They are my go to company now for my projects.
