I NEVER take time to write reviews when it's a great one. Well, thought I'd stop, break this pattern, & do it now!! I'm busy all the time. And yet, I was blessed with someone who spoiled me from the beginning so I could continue to be "busy" doing other stuff while the critical/complicated process of selling my home was done with the impeccable style of Ms. Cheryl Curtis! But it did not start well in the beginning. My adventure to sell my beloved home started out "poorly" with real estate agents of questionable abilities and suspicious loyalty to my cause vs their cause. It was a nightmare - like working with a sleezy "car-salesman". I simply did not TRUST them!!! It was clear that they had other "motives" that had nothing to do with HELPING me! I was in despair.
Then, along came a referral from my pastor for a Ms. Cheryl Curtis,
MD REALTOR®️ with Clark Premier Realty Group. Once I completed a first interview, with Ms. Cheryl Curtis, she went to work!!!! I was so impressed with our first talk. Ms. Curtis had the company's BROKER at this first interview too - outstanding - impressive! And the result? I tell you, they earned EVERY penny of their commission on this sale!!!! They got my IMPOSSIBLE asking price and even got $22K over! They handled everything (cradle to grave). I was SOOOOOOO relaxed. Not one stone was left unattended. Even when things went wrong, this company was relentless to see that "our" combined best interests were given 100% effort. Ms. Curtis answered my questions before I even had the chance to text/call her on any of them. It may not mean much to some, but Ms. Curtis did not call me too much nor did she call too little. This lady was "just right" LOL!! Her responses to "MY" problems were stellar/outstanding as she took on each one like I was her only customer in the world. My confidence in Ms. Curtis is without question, the best ever! I think this speaks volumes since I will not be a "repeat customer"
(most of us will never sell our homes more than once). Certainly, Ms. Curtis had no reason to be an outstanding agent. After all, she still would have gotten her commission with "less-than adequate" services. But her consistent/personal integrity, self-drive, and self-motivation was a surprise to see since I will never be a "returning customer". So finally, thank-you so much for getting it "right" the first time.
