Absolutely trash. Unresponsive, negligent, and downright useless. We’ve now had improper snow removal for every single snowstorm this winter. This time there was a plow sent out, but it left so much snow on the ground that we’re going to have a sheet of black ice in the parking lot (again). They didn’t even bother to put salt down. They also never clear the public sidewalk areas, so walking my service dog is extremely dangerous due to thick layers of ice that take weeks to melt. I’ve emailed, left messages for multiple property managers, not just Andrew Stevens, and my mother has spoken to him over the phone about this problem. He said he’d handle it and then we still had ice in our parking lot for a week until it finally melted because he did absolutely nothing. I’ve moved on to reporting to the BBB because I’m sick and tired of this company not doing what they’re paid to do. Supposedly “the board” is making decisions, but I simply do not believe that they are saying “no, don’t bother to put salt down after a snowstorm, don’t bother to clear the public sidewalks or make sure that curb cuts are accessible for school children and wheelchair users”.

Our Condo Assoc. has been a client of Chambers Management for over ten years. In all that time, the staff has been very responsive, proactive and client focused. Our Property Manger, Andrew Stevens provides great advice, understands the rules and regulations and insures that our condo association is well managed. He is a great partner and works with us to resolve all condo related issues. I would highly recommend Chambers Management.

Our board has used Chambers Management for several years now and we have been very satisfied with the professionalism and attention they have given our HOA as we transitioned from years of being a poorly self-managed HOA to a community that now understands the applicable laws that for decades self-managed boards were unaware of resulting in the HOA being very close to a receivership situation. For the almost 3 years that I have lived in my current home and been a member of our HOA, Dave at Chambers Management has been great to work with. There was a lot of turnover on our HOA Board and I unexpectedly became a Board member. Since then, Dave has been extremely helpful in getting us caught up on the “dos and don’ts” of the Board; and to also help us navigate these waters.

I deal with Chambers' Property Manager, Dave. He is great and is an honest broker between our HOA Board and all those who we have to deal with. He has also been our vocal advocate on a few occasions, when necessary. We've had Chambers since our HOA was started over 10 years ago - that says something.
