Chad helped us buy a house in the craziest housing market ever!! It took us several months from our first house tour to having our offer accepted, but Chad stayed positive and kept us going. He helped us make competitive offers, but didn't push us to make an offer we weren't comfortable with. Finally, he showed us a great house that flew under the radar a bit, and did the legwork to help get our offer accepted at a fair price... with our contingencies intact! We are very happy in our new home and would recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy in this market.
