I used CFP Systems to set up and support my law practice. Charlie was reliable, knowledgeable and very communicative. Whenever I have an issue, CFP responds almost immediately, resolves my issues very quickly and if onsite support is needed, CFP is very accomodating to my schedule. CFP treats my business as if they are my inhouse IT support and I feel that they care about my priorities and clients. They work around my time commitments and my sense of urgency. They also anticipate issues and give me plenty of training to prepare for any changes. I highly recommend them.

About one year ago, we contacted Charlie at CFP Systems at the
recommendation of one of our program partners. Charlie
stepped in to assist CEF with an infrastructure upgrade and
expansion and guided us through the selection of computers,
phones and security. He scheduled the transition in manageable
phases so that our work would not be disrupted. At each step,
Charlie made sure that the staff was comfortable with the new
procedures. He was very accessible to answer our questions.
Currently, CFP Systems is providing for CEF’s ongoing
maintenance. We could not be more pleased with Charlie's
responsiveness and consideration of our nonprofit budget. I
highly recommend CFP to any company that requires a high
level of dependability in their IT system.
