Cerrito Realty - specifically Mike and Andrew Cerrito - have been nothing short of amazing to work with over the past 12 years. We had no experience with investment properties, but at a crucial time in our lives Cerrito Realty took the time and care to gently and informatively walk us through the process of owning an investment property. We really appreciated how Mike and Andrew made sure both we and the tenant were always happy. They were extremely supportive, patient, and communicative with us as first-time investment property owners. We recently sold that house using Cerrito Realty as our agent, and Mike and Andrew helped us pass along our first home to another first-time home buyer (which made us happy). Cerrito Realty helped me purchase my dream home for retirement. We were moving from PA to MD. Moving out of state can be stressful. Andrew Cerrito was very patient as we tried to find the perfect house. He was flexible and timely in setting up appointments. He was responsive to questions and very knowledgeable. Once we found the perfect place, he worked diligently to get an offer submitted the same day. He made signing all the paperwork very easy. He was available and on site for inspections. He attended settlement with all our paperwork organized and filed in a folder for safe keeping. I would highly recommend Cerrito Realty without reservation. I recently had the privilege of working with Cerrito Realty who also served as my fourth property manager in twelve years. After working with the three previous property managers I regretted not knowing about Cerrito Realty twelve years sooner. Cerrito Realty definitely knows the property management and real estate business. They were always able and immediately responsive in keeping me informed, answering all of my questions and covering all of the details. They were fun and personable to work with. Being out of state they made the process particularly much less worry free than I had thought possible compared with the previous property managers. To speak more highly of Cerrito Realty would be to say too much except that their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, attention to detail and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and respected.
