Larra Iencarelli is one of the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When my husband and I found out that we would need to move from Texas to California in just under two months, I thought for sure we would end up renting a house. But my husband was hoping we'd find a house we could settle into, so we called Larrae.

Larrae was extremely helpful. She talked with us at length about what we were looking for. She signed us up to have new house listings sent to us online and asked us to give her feedback on which houses we liked and what we liked about them. She also referred us to an excellent local mortgage company to discuss finance options and who worked with us to find a good interest rate in the price range we were looking at.

When we flew out for our house-hunting trip, Larrae went above and beyond for us. She drove us around Merced to show us different neighborhoods. She showed us the houses on our priority list, and at each house, she asked us what we liked about it and what we didn't. As she got a clearer picture of our needs and taste, she took us to houses that weren't on our list, and with each house, we got closer to finding our dream home. After two days of looking at houses, we found one that was perfect for us.

Larrae was wonderful during the entire purchasing process as well. She thoroughly explained what to expect, helped us arrange for the necessary inspections and talked us through the resulting report, and negotiated a fair price for us and reasonable terms for the sale, including a closing date that fit our needs. She kept us updated as things changed, and she referred us to a wonderful insurance agent to arrange for homeowner's insurance. She even arranged to have the carpets cleaned right before we moved in--a wonderful surprise. We love our new home!

I can't recommend Larrae highly enough--she's thoughtful and smart and she works hard to find a house that fits with her clients' personalities and needs. She made the process of searching for a house in another state easier than I ever thought it could be.
