Wow. These people are professional, honest and hardworking. Ignore what the renters say, they do have a tough as nails property manager. So I get why some renters get their feathers ruffled clickers!. But as for the agents, there isn't a better bunch in all the land. That's why I choose to hang my license there. The neg reviews here bother me because it's 2 renters, the agents who help buyers and sellers are amazing. Just call me and find out!!!

We listed our home with century 21 and we were mislead from the beginning by Betty. First realtor tells me my house should sell in 2-3 days, my realtor was late to open houses, didn't follow up with anyone that came to look at my house so we had no idea why we weren't getting offers! So many issues with the first realtor we changed, the next realtor Andrew was better but, I moved 5 miles from my house and would go check on it every other day. My house was left with Windows wide open and doors unlocked all night for days until I went checked on the house and locked everything! I will never use them again! After stopping by my house today to see my downstairs bathroom door (goes to the outside) wide open!!! Who leaves somebodies home wide open? All night? What if I lived out of town? A person, animal, or anything could have been in my house! They could have stolen things or vandalized my house, they are ridiculous! I called my realtor to collect his things and take my house off the market!!! What a headache!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL! From maintenance calls to lease term questions, they were unprofessional and uninterested! Julia Miller hung up on me after I called with a maintenance emergency saying she was too busy to take my call. I then spoke to Lauri Majewski who told me Julia was her friend and she didn't believe me that her friend would hang up on me. Later Julia apologized. These two women did not return emails or voicemails for days and then they would respond to emails addressed to the other person. I never knew who I was talking to. They were rude, antagonistic, and unprofessional.
I have a Mommy Blog that is followed by 30,000 people in Arizona. I posted on my blog all about my experience and I was flooded with responses from people who had the same story! I am confident none of my followers will ever use Century 21.

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! Doing so will reward their bad behavior. Let their bosses know they have cost their company business!

What is the issue with this place time and time again the same issue with hot water happens 5 times we've dealt with this and since they are in it to pinch every penny possible that have not fixed this issue by replacing the unit. It looks as though its 20 years old. But instead of a 300 replacement they bring $30 in parts to cover up the issue for a short period of time until yet again we are without hot water. God forbid anything happens after Friday and before Monday THERE IS NO AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY MAINTENCE CONTACT # ON THEIR WEBSITE. So needless to say it has been a wild goose chase. If they do not do something for us to at least try and compensate for what this has caused for us and something that should not be like pulling teeth to be resolved. Century 21 could use some serious insight as to how they should treat their clients and renters, we hold up to our responsibilities as renters as property managers we would expect the same thing be done by them as it is clearly outlined in the lease what is guaranteed to uphold by them.

Not 5 stars - You decide . . . Wow. John Marselis just hung up on me when, upon his inquisition, I informed him I have a contract with another realtor (actually it is a verbal agreement which I will respect out of professionalism & courtesy).
I'd say that should put priorities into perspective.
