Daniel has been a blessing, I was very lucky to have found him. I had a few estimates with other architects of what I needed done, all of the others were overpriced and wanted the job as a full or nothing. When I found Daniel almost 2 yrs ago, he was pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. As of today he has continued to be a guidance and a phone call away, even though his job was completed. He has gone over and beyond making sure my building permit did not expire. I am not sure how he remembers but he did. I am deeply grateful for his guidance and being available beyond his duties to help me complete this project.

Very happy with Daniel Stewart's work! He helped us navigate a complex permitting process and designed our ADU exactly as we hoped it would be. He's very responsive to phone calls and emails, and always willing to jump on a Zoom video session to go over details of the project. He explains all the steps clearly and is always willing to go over things again if need be.

I've worked with CDB for the past 1.5 years. When considering CDB among other architects, it was their ability to communicate and give me options for my project; their fee wasn't the only consideration for me. Daniel has always been responsive with questions and worked to find the answers even if they weren't immediately known. They did all the interactions and visits with the city to get the approvals. I am currently building my home addition, and I still interact with CBD despite that the planning is done. I highly recommend them for your project.
Also during the bidding process, several contractors remarked how detailed the plans were.

From inception to completion, CDB architects have been on point every step of the way. We approached the company with an idea and they made it a reality. It sounds simple, however we have seen how the process is very involved and takes some expertise.
