Raised my property value 104,000 in one year, now my mortgage payment is $348.00 higher every month. Everyone I talk to that will listen will be voting against you. I built my house on family land with the expectation that we are going to live there until we're dead. I built the best house I could for my family, but it was within our budget. I did a ton of work myself because I couldn't afford to pay anyone to do it. I did all the plumbing, electrical, hvac Ect. I installed all of the fixtures, vanity, appliances, everything. we financed 172,000 4.5 years ago (when wood prices were sky high). Now you're saying that this house is worth 495,000. NO.. IT'S NOT. Especially over the course of one year. You've hurt my family. Now we have some tough decisions to make so thank you for your "public service". If you would like to have a conversation, or send someone out, I'm not hard to find, I'll be at work.

Opening time listed on their website is different than the actual opening time.
Tonia Patterson waited on me. She was polite and well informed about her job. I cannot praise her enough for walking me through the necessary paperwork for Homestead exemption. She’s a valued employee.
Many other employees were doing nothing, but socializing and drinking morning drinks. I question why they are actually needed.
