My daughter's just purchased a condo.The homeowners association took a month to give them the gate code. They brushed off my younger daughter when she asked some questions. Not very friendly

As a one year, full time owner I must say this is a very well managed community. The HOA is strong/financially solvent, the grounds are immaculate, and all the common facilities are well maintained. There is a nice cross-section of residents, different ages, and different backgrounds. It's quiet and secure, well located near PS, and Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert, walled with a gated entry and a nighttime courtesy patrol. All in all, a very nice place.

The HOA could stand to be a bit nicer to their tenants. A few people that I've known have moved out because of it. I was actually thinking of moving there at one time because I knew so many that lived there and decided against it when they told me about the HOA's behavior towards them. Sorry. I don't like giving bad reviews

Very well run HOA.....beautiful grounds, very good maintenance of 4 pools, roofs, common areas, etc. Responsive HOA managers.
