Nina is a highly accomplished architect and designer who helped us in replacing our garage with an ADU. Initially, she provided us with three distinct design sketches, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each, which helped us determine our requirements. Nina made several modifications to improve the area we wanted to construct. She had excellent ideas and perspectives that helped us keep our project within our budget. Nina provided a full design, collaborated with a structural engineer, obtained the necessary permit from the city, and assisted us in ordering the door and windows, kitchen, lighting, and other building hardware. She was always available to speak with the contractor as needed. Nina provided recommendations and assistance in every situation until the project was completed.
