Do not trust Castlewood. They misrepresented multiple things, sent a "pretty" face to smooth it over, then continued to give half-truths (if even that) until it was far too late for anything to be done about it.

Was looking to use these builders. Had a conversation with them where they were quite unprofessional. Received a email from them the following day with final pricing. They told me I rattled on and they didn’t keep good notes on what I was asking. Maybe next time learn to keep good notes when someone is looking to spend $750,000 + on a new home and don’t tell the potential client that they rattled on. Be professional and earn the business.
