We recently finished our second new build with Castle Creek. They build a beautiful home. One of the things we loved the most is that the “upgrades” with other builders are standard for Castle Creek.
Everyone we met with (from the general contractor, electrician, plumbers) were very nice and took the time to talk through things with us. The design studio was great with tons of options!
Rawlee was always super understanding and supportive!
We love our new neighborhood and new home!

Castle Creek Homes are great builders. They are sincere and take their jobs seriously. They were the only home builders, when it came to customizing, that didn’t charge you an arm and leg for certain things you wanted to change/customize. Their standard products for their homes are high quality for a great price. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to have a good variety of choices from their standard selections. Our agent we worked with was Rawlee and he is excellent at what he does. He helped sell our house as well. We ran into a little bit of a hiccup with our house that we were selling and he helped keep us at ease and handled the situation with ease and we very much appreciate that. Rawlee took good care of us through the whole building process as well. Our foreman was Nate. He was the backbone to making sure our house was built correctly and he did a great job. When it came to the walk through of our home, he took the extra time to educate us on the knowledge that he knew with homes to help us out in future and have us be aware and we really appreciate that he took the time to do so.

Made the home building experience so stress free! These homes are beautiful already and we were able to custom anything we wanted to make it perfect! The design center made it so easy and there were way more options than other builders offer. Rawlee is unbelievable to work with, felt like a friendship instead of a business transaction. I’ve recommended castle creek to all of my friends, if you are looking for a quality home, look no further!!

Working with Castle Creek was absolutely amazing!! I think it had a lot to do with their realtor , Scott Rognon, who is THE BEST ever!! Can’t say enough good about our home building experience. After meeting with many home building companies we found Castle Creek and from the very beginning could tell they were different. Every person we worked with, including the subs were awesome. Tim was very responsive and made sure everything was done right. You can obviously upgrade your home, which we did, but we didn’t feel nickled and dimed for every little thing. Quite the opposite actually, they were very, very generous with upgrades for little or no cost. We are so pleased with the QUALITY house we ended up with.

Castle Creek Homes was a wonderful company to build your home. I loved how they allowed you to make changes to the original plan to accommodate the needs for you and your family. You are able to pick your own colors that you want for your home instead of choosing certain colors. I would recommend them any day. Our agent Rawlee Wilson was also wonderful, he was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. He also helped us to sale our old home that coincided with the purchase of our new home. If you are ever considering building a home Castle Creek Homes is who I would choose over and over again.

Castle Creek Homes is awesome to work with! We have built with them twice and both times we had a wonderful experience. Jared McArthur was our agent both times. Jared brought our thoughts and ideas of what we wanted in our home to life. Each time we met with Jared he had great ideas on how we could accomplish the floor plan changes and customize it to be our own and match our family needs. He made building a home enjoyable and exciting! Jared made the process easy for us. We would recommend Castle Creek Homes and Jared as an agent. We would build with them again!
