It was a delightfull experience to become a part of Casa Grand Family, the quality of the construction and finishing is really good.

Finally happy to have received the hand over of my apartment after 4 long years. The hand over was very smooth and well coordinated. Thanks to Mr. Aman for making it look so smooth. However the road till here was not smooth. I have had a lot of back and forth arguments and conversations with various departments on multiple issues. However those issues were addressed and sorted but the response could have been in a better manner. I would suggest Casagrand to look into improving the services for pre handover stages just like how the handover process is done to gain the trust of the customers.

This is my honest review .
I want to give ZERO rating from my heart.. Very poor response and 4 years delay. Im requesting everyone don’t buy any properties from Casagrande(Frauds).

They will get 100% money from you very nicely before the completion of 25% construction and they will treat you like a fool. They will never respond to call and emails. They don’t even care about you and the apartment .
They make you pay the full amount and they will take 5 to 6 years to complete the building . With that interest amount , you can buy another apartment in chennai.

If you think you are a fool , you want to get cheated and betrayed , you want to spoiling your health mentally and physically. On the top of it , you want to waste your money and energy then please go and buy apartment from casa grande.

We are not happy with the delay in handing over our unit by Casagrande. It's been a long wait, causing significant financial loss. We finally received the key after much struggle. However, I give 4 stars to the key handover team, as they coordinated well with us and handed over the key in a professional manner. They remained approachable throughout the process.

Don’t no what to say in this moment of got the keys after 4 long years…it would have done in a more systematic way being a reputed firm. Not sure Mr. Arun have an idea about what is happening on ground because he is the guy I know will not let it go especially when it comes to customers.
After all this I want to appreciate the efforts of Priya (RM) who did her best. I will definitely invite her by personally going to her office for my house warming as I given my word to her. All other people above her in escalation matrix of no use.
During my site visit the engineer was a nice gentlemen and explained everything…
Nivetha & Daniel thank you so much being the part of final stage and appreciated your efforts for keeping this smooth.
Anyway past is past I want to move on … make sure no more surprises… still I heard electricity is not in place.
