DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I was off the waitlist last June 2023. I was told verbally that they didn’t have any units available at the time and there were three to four people in front of me, cool! Time passing, no follow ups from them. I had to ALWAY call or email them. August 2023 came, I was verbally told that I should be able to move in by October because I needed a time frame…Nothing! Corissa, who I was speaking with the whole time has poor business etiquette and every time I called to follow up, she always gave me excuses about her having so much going on or she has to run two properties, etc. At first I was sympathetic but then it started getting old and I didn’t care. I was told I was on hold because no units were available which is STUPID because why take someone off a waitlist if you aren’t prepared to have them moved in?

Fast forward, things have been dragged out, she kept asking for new updated paystubs and other information. I was told January 2024 that she could get me moved in by March and finally saw the unit, March came and gone. My time, energy, and living was being affected because I address the urgency of my move.

Still believing in the community, I presented everything that was asked of me and told her I needed to move by May 31, 2024. She stated that as soon as she hears back from compliance I can move and EVEN KEPT TELL ME THAT THE UNIT WAS MINES! Memorial week I heard nothing from Corissa and the 31st was four days away. I called, no response; emailed her to get a status update only for her to send me an email stating I WAS PUT BACK ON THE WAITLIST under “low income”and have to wait until all the “very low income” folks get placed. Wouldn’t you want someone that can pay their rent to move in I WAS PISSED AND IT WAISTED MY TIME! NEARLY A WHOLE YEAR and none of this information was mentioned. After all I had to deal with AND IT WAS MY TURN for a unit, they could have given it to me, I was close to being homeless because of this! The professionalism and urgency to prioritize and get things done is obsolete!

A nice community but VERY INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & DISORGANIZED! CONSIDER BETTER MANAGED COMMUNITIES. God Bless!
