Mr. Carroll came recommended by a 300-acre bird reserve in Frankfort. Set a date months in advance, the day finally came. He waited till that morning to pull the deed. I drove a hour to the plot, then waited 3 more after the confirmed time before he responded to my attempts to contact him. Then he informed me the job I told him wouldn't be easy to begin with, was to big to do today. He then never returned another call after wasting months and months of my time waiting for him. Awful experience, completely unprofessional.
