I contacted Carol because of her stellar reviews. Let me tell you that she has earned every one of those 5-star reviews. She is competent, fair, highly responsive, practical, and knows her market. I almost signed with another realtor with great reviews until I read their paperwork stating they take 6% AND charge for advertising and to oversee any repairs. Not Carol. She has an arsenal of go-to guys to do repairs and cleaning that work just as hard as she does. She took delivery of packages and coordinated with estimators and repair crews. She recommended I start with paint and necessary repairs before redoing all the flooring. She was right. No one batted an eye at a few worn spots on the floor and a back fence with spot repairs and it saved me well over $10K.
I live in Arizona and the property was being sold from an estate. She got me in touch with an attorney to handle the closing. She didn't freak out (but I did) when I forgot to put the utilities in my name and the water and power were off for the cleaner and inspector. I figured this little house was going to take 6 months to sell. Nope, we were under contract within a month and even closed early on a VA loan! This woman is an absolute gem.

Considering reading everyone's reviews on Ms. Carol is how I found her to begin with, I figured I'd share our experience as well. Words cannot begin to describe how amazing she is. She listed my mother's rental property and we were under contract within a week. Big deal, right? This wasn't a normal sell of a house. This was a zombie house where the tenants didn't report damage to my mother. It needed A LOT of work. Not only were we under contract within a week, we had an offer for more than the asking price. The tenants gave her a hard time and yet she remained professional and loyal to her sellers. She is truly amazing and remained positive and always had a bubbly personality. There was never a moment she wasn't laughing and establishing a professional friendship with her clients. We absolutely love her and would highly suggest anyone to store her number on speed dial for all their real estate needs.
