I was in the process of finding a rental for a specific month that was beneficial to my family and I. When we came across a rental in which seemed perfect for us, we reached out to the rental lease agreement person. She was quick to respond and even allowed us to view both rentals available. Very kind woman and was enthusiastic about the process of getting our application started AT FIRST. Well after further discussion with my husband we decided that moving so quickly (because carol said the rental was needing to be rented out by the first of the month which mind you is in just 3 weeks or we’d lose out on the opportunity) was not the best option for us. We decided to just wait for our baby to arrive (any day now) in order to feel less stressed and overwhelmed with the transition. But this is the way Carol responded to our backing out and Mind you we lost money as well because we each payed $65.00 for our application. In case anyone ends up working with her DON’T FEEL THE PRESSURE OF NEEDING TO RENT A PLACE AT HER PREFERENCE. You move when YOU feel is right and not because Carol is saying the rental will not be available if you don’t jump on it right at that moment.

The best agent possible. Been working with Carol for years and she will ALWAYS do what is right, both for buyers and sellers. She even goes the extra mile to mentor the new inexperienced realtors so that they can do the best to help their clients, I have seen it firsthand.
I was the seller of the home Mr. Gordy bought and who seems to be so disappointed in the deal. All I have to say is that the realtor who represented him, who is NOT part of the Engler team, and who I have no need mentioning, made this process a living hell for us as sellers and most definitely for Mr Gordy himself since he has the need to go after the listing agent. I will once more state why it is so important to find EXPERIENCED AND RESPECTED agents such as Carol, she did her best to council and advise his agent to do what was right, for the best interest of both parties, nonetheless his representative instead of making the buying process as smooth and just as possible, was only interested on TRYING to be knowledgeable and only affecting her own customer at the end of the day. THAT IS WHY CHOOSE EXPERIENCED, RESPECTED AND HONORABLE AGENTS JUST LIKE CAROL ENGLER!!!

My husband and I have not rented a home in over 35 years so this was going to be a different experience in this new season in our lives. Carol is very professional woman who knows her job and cares for her clients, renting from her company has been very pleasant and in a nice quiet area in Yuma. We are VERY thankful!!!
