Kevin and his crew remodeled our house and built a 4 bay garage with a finished apartment up stairs.

Most folks know Kevin Carlton for his high quality/outstanding construction and home remodeling services. Please know that Kevin Carlton also does incredible/amazing outdoor work. Kevin did the site prep work for the construction of a new Morton Building 64ft x 42ft workshop. The Morton Building representative said that Kevin’s work was one of the two best sites he has seen in 28yrs in the business.

It was kind of funny to watch, but Kevin is such a perfectionist that at the end of the day, even his construction trailers and pieces of equipment are parked with the precision of a military operation.

We are looking forward to having Kevin expand and do a major remodel of our Master Bathroom.

Kevin is not only talented in his trade, but is also fair and honest to deal with. You won’t find anybody better in the Mecklenburg/surrounding area.

I highly recommend Carlton Construction. They did a big remodeling job on a vacation rental for me. I was hoping the job would be done by the end of March. Not only did they finish early (which is unheard off) they went above and beyond. Along the way I made a few changes and added to the project and each time Mr.Kevin and his team were very attentive, responsive and helpful in making sure everything is done to my satisfaction. The end result is exactly what I was looking for and I can start renting it out sooner then I anticipated! Thank you Carlton Construction!
