Originally I had been in contact with another realtor that I had planned to use. However he did not return my calls and I remembered seeing Carey’s name. After one call to him he came over immediately He was very personable and knowledgeable and proved to be very low key despite his knowledge especially of my area. So I signed with him and could not have been more impressed with his service. He returned calls and texts immediately and provided workers who were professional etc. He provided packing supplies over and over again. He was patient with a seller who had bought the house fifty years ago. Despite delays and many tears he steered me through the entire process with calm and professionalism and skill. My only regret is in not having more houses to sell with him or even one to buy from him. He made a very difficult painful overwhelming process as smooth as could be. I don’t know how I neglected to mention that in the middle of all this I was diagnosed with endocarditis and was in the hospital for two weeks and then in rehab for administration of iv antibiotics. Despite all of this he still guided
Me through the process through to completion of escrow etc. so to say that he went above and beyond everything is a major understatement. If there were angst and tears before this development I cannot begin to describe the guidance and skill and completion with which he completed the entire process. Forever grateful

Quick summary of our opinion: Carey is an excellent Agent! We highly recommend him. I can not think of any flaws or weaknesses in the service he provided, to the contrary, he exceeded our expectations in many ways.
Specifically, my wife inherited the house and the duties of Trustee when her Mother passed away. We live a thousand miles away. After a few weeks at the house cleaning and sorting personal items we were physically and emotionally drained. We investigated realtors with a focus on their success rate, experience and expertise in that local market. Carey stood out.
I contacted him, briefed him on the situation. We wanted an opinion as to the value of the house but I made it clear We were not ready to list it until we explored options with another beneficiary. Carey Promptly researched the market value and provided a fairly comprehensive analysis and his opinion as to the value.
We didn't actually hire him for a couple months after that while other issues were sorted.
I want to stress this point about Carey-EXPERIENCE MATTERS! Character matters, attitude and diligence matter!
Yes, probably all sellers want the most money we can get for the property but getting that done required work. Carey knew and hired crews to do painting, building repairs, extensive cleaning and removal of personal items. Choosing escrow, title companies, negotiating with buyer's realtor, responding to counter offers, riding herd on documents and compliance issues.
He solved all those problems for us and was a genuinely pleasant fellow to work with at all times.
I have to add that I don't think we ever waited more than a couple minutes to get a response from him whenever we called or texted a question to him. And oh yeah, the place sold before it was even listed for more than we had hoped to get for it!
