From the initial meeting at our house to multiple rendering reviews to delivering the final perfect design - our experience with Adam Carballo and his team was nothing but absolutely amazing. As part of our comprehensive agreement, Adam also secured our zoning approval and a building permit.

I have been working with Adam Carballo and his staff since 2020. I purchased two properties and unbeknownst to me, I would need several permissions before I could begin construction. Shima, my point person for my project, never gets tired of the multitude of questions I have for her at any time. Adam, has been a true champion for my project sticking it out with me for almost three years. Hayley has always been extremely helpful in coordinating all of the meetings and being very flexible when I need to make adjustments because of my schedule. Although, my house is not yet under construction, I couldn't say enough marvelous things about Carballo Architecture. The patience they have exhibited when we had to adjust the drawings countless times for various reasons makes me glad that I chose this firm. I am beyond grateful for all of their assistance and guidance while I await entry to my new fabulous home. Adam Carballo's office has been a joy to work with! We had alot of issues during permitting dealing with the city and Carballo's office was very knowledgeable and was able to get an approval. Adam made several mistakes, mistakes that cost me dearly. When asked to correct his errors he refused to fix anything. He ignored all of my calls and was very rude and dismissive in the return email. Thousands of dollars waisted. I had to pay some else to fix his mess. He’s very nice until he’s paid in full. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
