I contacted Capital Construction for an estimate on a room addition. Nathan came out to give me an estimate, he was on time and explained the entire process. I decided to go with Nathan because everything was upfront, and I really liked how he answered all my questions and concerns.
During the construction they were always on time and they worked very organized. They all did an amazing job on the room addition. I would use them again for any future projects.

Capital Construction, Inc. is by far the best Company for all of your construction needs. We were referred to CCI by our pool contractor. We showed Nathan, the owner, a 3-D rendition of what we wanted and he had the plans drawn up, had the engineering taken care of, and dealt with the City of Murrieta Building Department through plan check, approval, inspections and final.

The finish product is exactly what we wanted without exception. Nathan kept us informed every step of the way. If we had any questions or concerns, he answered them immediately. All of his employees are very professional and personable. We are very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Nathan for any and all construction needs you may have.

CCI built a glass block wall on the rear of our property, a full width covered balcony with glass railing, waterproof decking, lighting and fans. CCI also built a TV wall including a fireplace, lighting, fan, and alumawood cover for our sunken bar area.

Nathan and his employees are truly professional and take great pride in their finish work product. 5 stars to Nathan and all of the employees that made our dream backyard a reality!

Last December our home suffered a bad water leak in our kitchen that damaged everything from our drywall, all of our kitchen cabinets and about 90% of our flooring. Nathan and his team were highly recommended to us by one of our friends that was also experiencing water damage that they were repairing.
Nathan came to assess our homes damage, he was professional, compassionate and thorough by making sure to take pictures and measurements. He answered any and all questions we had and also asked us important questions that we wouldn’t have thought of. Nathan was there every step of the way. He showed up with the crew to make sure we were all on the same page about what work was going to take place and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. They literally tore out exterior walls and gave me floor to ceiling sliding glass doors on two separate walls giving me an incredible view of the resort backyard we worked so hard to create.
