Update: Melissa, the Toll Brothers Sales Rep has zero regard/respect for the residents in this Toll community. I highly caution anyone from purchasing a home from her. Toll should probably look into whether someone like this should represent them.

I think the banners hanging on Toll homes saying “Fix our roof” explains it all. Toll doesn’t fix or take accountability for anything on the homes they build. It’s our first year and we can’t get them to fix a quarter of the problems. Constantly having to message and stay on top of them and still can’t get things finished. Flooding on the side of our house and Toll won’t fix drainage issues either. So much work has been unfinished, and they argue about fixing anything.

We are disappointed with the lack of communication and particularly follow through by the construction managers at Toll brothers. We moved in October 2023 and they still had French drain work to do in order to fix the grading in the back yard. Our backyard was never finished per contract. It is a mess of weeds and not the fresh top soil and grading we were promised. They explained they needed to wait until March due to inclement weather but assured us it would be completed no later than March. We have been told multiple weeks that someone was coming and that we were a “priority” yet they have never followed through. What’s worse is that when they don’t follow through, we are expected to reach out to them to get updates, rather than them being accountable and providing an update themselves when something doesn’t happen. They have never once reached out to us first to apologize for dropping the ball. This type of service is unacceptable. We have waiting to write this review hoping it would get better and it has not.

Here’s $850k. Wait? No one called back? Website, any human connection to the purchasing of a home or fsk next to each other… I guess $85o-$1.7 liquid is just too much to handle. Money ✔️ house ❌ purchase ❌ = that’s a transaction that wasn’t handled properly.
For all I know this could be a Chinese backed investment group. Maybe not. But, regardless, thrown into the rolladex adjacent to where that would be stored.

Our house was built in 2020, we started requesting warranty service in the early 2021, the warranty service was awfully slow! It takes between 6 months to a year for the first service visit and Toll has changed their service manager 3 times since our initial request. It had been more than two years, and we are still experiencing leaky roof and squeaking floor and many other issues.

Beautiful model homes, decorators are amazing. Love the location.
Cracking/sinking foundations already showing on two of the models. Step across the street to a quick move in home, and the difference is staggering. Horrible build quality, very bland home unless you put 50-100% of the base price into upgrades.

The views from traverse mountain are truly breathtaking, and I can only imagine how wonderful they will be at night with the lights from the city. Amazingly beautiful homes

Beautiful area, super unique homes with nice size yard. Super expensive. But wow.
