I'm very impressed with how quickly Cameron listed and sold my house, after months of having no luck finding a renter. I called and inquired with Cam on a Saturday afternoon, he arranged for the photos and videos to be taken Wednesday, the listing went up Friday evening and within minutes, we had 10 showings for that same weekend! After the weekend, we had multiple offers on the table but we decided upon the best offer together, and signed papers with the new owners on Monday.
Cam provided me with his professional opinion on all offers, people, loans, etc., that came through, so that everything was fair and I felt good about my decision.
Cam had very professional photographers and videographers that captured the most important, unique items about my home and neighborhood. The listing had enough info for someone to have a complete understanding of how my house was laid out, what was included, HOA fee's & rules, school statistics, local community, etc.
Cam really went above and beyond to make me feel that I had the best listing, for my price & style of home in my area.
Lastly, Cam was very communicative throughout the entire process and responded rapidly via phone, text and email. He has a friendly and outgoing personality, yet he's very professional with all of the expertise he has, from years of being an agent. Although he had other listings, buyers and sellers when he was working with me, not once did I not feel like his #1 client. Thank you Cam for selling my home, I look forward to finding my next home!

I highly recommend Cameron Abbott as your realtor. I was unable to be in San Diego during the process of selling my house but Cameron and his team made it easy for me. Cameron was very patient but aggressive when he represented us in the purchase of our home. We were concerned about getting in at the "peak" of the market and over paying for a home. I've had multiple great experiences with Cameron. I've purchased 3 homes and sold 2, all with Cameron and his amazing negotiation skills. Most recently, he sold my condo for $10K ABOVE asking price (I've sold 2 homes with him and he got $10K over both times!). It sold after being on the market for 72 hours and only 1 open house. Next, he got us $15K BELOW asking on our new house which appraised for $40K over what we paid..that's INSTANT EQUITY people!! Lastly, he got us into our new house 8 days early!!
