I used to work with Chris before he got into real estate and knew that he was an amazing person back then. When he got into real estate he reached out and let me know if I ever needed help, he would be there for us. Fast forward a few years and he was the realtor who would help us list and sell our condo in Moreno Valley. He listed it on a Monday before he could even put up the pictures we had 3+ offers above asking. He paired out condo up with the perfect family and we sold our home in 2017. Today I spoke with Chris about moving to Florida and purchasing a home there. He has been on the phone we me several times this week and always responds back withing minutes to answer questions and provide insight! I've wanted to own a home for as long as I can remember. Seeing my friends get their first home or going to a friend of a friends 'home' for a party... I couldn't help but wish for the day I could own my own home for gatherings, to grow my own food, and have a hub for my family to come to. Chris is one of THE MOST patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable realtors I have worked with. I worked a couple times with realtors and,,,, they just,,, they didn't care about what I WANTED.
