Signed and agreed to condition of contract. Paid requested monies to DAN in Oct 2022. He stated he would begin work in November. No problem. Checked in person when picking up Wife’s plans and again stated he would have it done in January 2023. Let it slide and made contact in first week of February and let him know that if he was overwhelmed with work that it was OK to refund money and I would have find another Structural Engineer, no problem. He Promised it would be completed by end of week. Feb 17,2023. No call and fails to answer texts. What kind of business is this guy operating. I’ve been extremely patient and cannot understand his behavior. Let me know your experience
