We are so lucky to have found California Certified. Anthony and Richard Perez saved me from making the same mistake twice.
C/C follow the rules of safe asbestos removal to the letter of the law. It took a few extra but our Clearance Test came back 0.00 perfect air quality by SafeGuard Enviromental. C/C cost was very fair, but their service was necessary to start our remodel. To know the asbestos removal was done correctly; let's us sleep a lot better.

Big Shock: In 2015, another firm provided us with a certificate that the asbestos was scraped and removes then. Our Insurance Company wanted us to use the same firm now with cost markup by 300% over 2015 cost. Always have a Clearance Test and feel safe by calling California Certified (Sylmar, CA)
