Jordan Yarbrough with Cali Dreams Real Estate commitment and customer service is second to none. We requested Mr. Yarbrough to sell our 3205 square foot home during the 2024 inflation! During this time every market anyone could think of had increased significantly, making it more challenging to buy or sell anything. With Mr. Yarbrough's level of real estate knowledge, marketing skills and attention to details, my husband and I knew that he was the agent for the job. We knew if he couldn't sell our home during this time then no one could. Mr. Yarbrough posted the home to the market in June of 2024; in approximately 2 months Mr. Yarbrough called us with our current buyers’ offer.

As previously mentioned, inflation made the market rather challenging. The offer came with a contingency. The contingency involved what appeared to be an assembly line of house buying and we were at the end of it. Mr. Yarbrough consistently evaluated, communicated and negotiated every detail of the sale until it was closed. Jordan provided everything we could imagine and was equipped for the additional things we did not foresee. He possessed more than enough patience, enthusiasm, integrity and problem-solving skills to provide a sense of reassurance or Peace of Mind to his clients, while they may be anxiously waiting to close. Selling the home in such a short time span, during a time like this, was a dream come true for us.
