Didn't have to raise a pen or hammer. Buyer be aware labor is provided at a premium rate and make sure you schedule your own contractors ahead of building, to make things less bumpy. Debris was handled timely along with the systems of which payment is handled. Recommend if your unable to build or have experience in building. Not to shabby get what you pay for and I didn't have to lift a pen or a hammer. Would recommend to others.
