Caitlin was our architect for our custom home building project, Villa Girasole. She is very easy to work with and has great ideas, which also include efficient construction plans. Some of the unique features she designed were a Tuscan umbrella ceiling, arched and groined ceilings, and ideal positioning of rooms to take advantage of natural elements (such as sunlight and views). I highly recommend Caitlin without hesitation to anyone considering an architectural design project.

Caitlin has been our architect on our complete remodel and now on a handicap renovation. She is easy to work with, has great ideas, works with a budget and is hands on when you need her. Caitlin first worked with us on a 1950’s 3500 square foot 2 story home that needed major help. Caitlin’s vision provided us with our dream home - better than anything we had hoped for. By reconfiguring the existing layout and adding some additional space we needed up with a gourmet kitchen with views of downtown San Diego and the bay, a formal dining room with views from Mexico to La Jolla and master bedroom room with more great views to the west, where previously there had been no views. She also found room for a curved breakfast and TV viewing nook with tall graceful windows. By removing wasted space she gave us a truly lovely master bedroom, bath and walk in closet. When it came time to consider a remodel there was no question - we wanted to work with Caitlin again. We could not more highly recommend Caitlin.
