We have been living in our Cain built home for over a year now, and have been very pleased with the quality, and were happy with the entire build experience.

One of the reasons we chose Cain was because of their responsiveness and engagement with us during the planning and building process, and the fact that of all the builders we spoke with they were the only ones who came to the table with a clear and concise contract we felt comfortable with, as well as the only ones who were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have.

During the build itself, Jordan and Ashley were both very quick to respond to any concerns we might have over anything we saw on the build site, or any changes we might want, and get that taken care of quickly and professionally.

As we worked through the build process, it was clear the Cain team was passionate about building our home, and by the end they felt almost like family.

Now that we have been in our house for just over a year, we are so glad we went with Cain. Our house is beautiful, sound, and a joy to live in, and Cain has continued to be responsive to any small issues that have arisen.

We are very glad we chose to build with Cain.

This only deals with communication. We were a perspective customer with a million dollar project at River Gorge Ranch. I made an appointment to meet with Jordan and confirmed back in email. After we were on our trip to visit our property, I evidently missed an email asking me to confirm again (I wasn't checking email on my trip and she did have my cell phone number as backup for communication). At the appointment time, I ended up having to call the office and the person I had been working with told me that she canceled the appointment because I didn't reconfirm. She offered no apology and no options for making the situation right. She could have easily called the builder and asked him if he could squeeze us in today. None of that happened. I'm not going to beg them to do business with me so they just lost me as a customer.

My home is currently under construction with Cain Development. This will be my third home that I have had built in my lifetime. By far the owners and staff in this company have been top notch. They really understand that clients building home can be nervous and anxious and go out of their way to respond in a way that is professional and reassuring.

Prior to us signing a contract with Cain Development we spoke with several prior clients. Everyone we spoke with said the team provided outstanding client service and would DEFINITELY recommend them
