I had a water line freeze and burst in January. C2G responded and was at my house to document damage, clean-up, treat for mold, and leave air movers to expedite drying within 16 hours. This team is efficient and had everything cleaned up within four hours. I received follow up text over the next several days to see if I had questions or needed additional support with filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance. Unfortunately, our house was damaged as a result of a fire in the garage this winter. Thankfully, when task with finding a mitigation, restoration, and clean up contractor we were put in contact with C2G Environmental. From the first moment they walked into the house for the pack out they treated us and our belongings with respect. The employees and supervisors went above and beyond to do a great job protecting, packing, removing, and cleaning the items inside our home. Every question and concern was promptly answered. I was never concerned about the security of my house or my belongings. I found it so beneficial and appreciated greatly that I could text or call the project manager at anytime and she would respond to answer my questions. Multiple times she retrieved sentimental items, delivered them back to me, or went and found specific items I needed or wanted.

I wouldn’t wish a damaged property on anyone, but if you do I highly recommend reaching out to this company. I would gladly refer them to anyone.

Selina and her team did an outstanding job taking care of my mother's home! After the insurance carrier told my 74 year old mother the sewage backup was not covered under her policy, Selina and her team came to the home immediatly, quickly removed all the sewage, damage household goods, properly remidiated the entire basement removing all mold/mildew and properly water proofed the entire basement. The water proofing will help ensure no mold or mildew returns adding value to the home and more importantly, taking care of my mother's well being. Selina and her team worked tirelessly for weeks and in the end, got the entire project approved through her insurance! They are an outstanding organization! Thank you Selina!

My water heater sprung a leak and flooded my basement. JW and his crew got the water out of my basement, removed soggy carpet, linoleum and drywall, dried me out and did mold abatement, hooked me up with an electrician to fix the water heater, dealt with the insurance company and made everything wonderful. I cannot say enough about how fantastic these guys are!!! Best experience I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Edit to add... After a few COVID related delays, they put in new drywall, carpet and flooring and were just as fantastic and easy to work with as ever!! Use these folks if you need any kind of water or mold mitigation. STILL amazing to work with!

C2G does very good professional work. They do what they say they will do for the agreed contract price. They reduced the price when it turned out that a step was not needed. Especially good for complex situations. If you are looking for well done work C2G will be good. If you are looking for the cheapest price you probably want to check elsewhere. Sometimes you get what you pay for. They reinforced a basement wall for me and treated the space for mold. I was satisfied with the work and found J.W. and Mark great to work with.
