Seymore Builders were recommended to me by Rainbow International(a fire, flood emergency services company who were also AMAZING) after I had a massive flood when my upstairs toilet line blew out and flooded my whole house. My house and garage had to be completely gutted and put back together. These guys (Doug and Justin especially) have been on top of everything, respond immediately when I have questions/concerns and most importantly they have listened to me. Nothing I ask is too small for them to look into and they have never been impatient or rushed, these guys take their time to meet and exceed their customer's needs. I can't speak highly enough about everyone I've talked to at Seymore Builders.

On New Year's Eve in 2012, a bathroom pipe broke and water was everywhere. My insurance company gave us Seymour Builders name to call and have the damaged items replaced. We did! That was a joke!!! Their customer service is horrible, the work was horrible...everything was bad!! They had left all the glue around the sinks and the mirrors. I called and spoke with Lena and she did nothing. The reason I am writing this now is because one of the toilets they put in was leaking this weekend. We called a plumber and when he checked the toilet, he said the plastic ring under the toilet was the one that was put in when the house was built!....IN THE 70'S!!! SEYMOUR BUIDERS NEVER REPLACED IT!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
