I can't say enough good things about Butterworth Flats. I called this place home for two years and loved every minute of it. The location is unbeatable, with vintage shops, great restaurants, and outdoor festivals just a short walk away. The staff was incredible, always on top of things like pest control services, and I never had to worry about changing a light bulb. The aesthetic of the space is also top-notch - clean lines, white walls, high ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors. If you want to live in the heart of the city of Petersburg, Butterworth Flats is the perfect place to call home. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been at Butterworth flats for 6+ months and I have loved every bit of my stay. The all inclusive apartments are modern and clean, hallways and entryways are always spotless. My neighbors and I keep to ourselves but for the most part everyone is friendly. Management goes above and beyond to ensure all tenants are satisfied and respected. 10/10 would recommend. I definitely plan on staying here for the next few years.

there for several years. Always clean and in great condition. The Wards take pride in their property fast maintenance, regular up keep and great staff. Really enjoyed living there. My rent was all inclusive and very reasonable, I was able to budget because my payment was consistent and never increased. Great peace to live.

I have lived here since July of 2024 and I have had nothing but great experience from the staff. From day one, Noelle has truly made me feel like family and that I am at "home". She is so friendly and upbeat and gives off an amazing positive vibe that lets you know she is a true boss lady and gets things taken care of. She is very quick to respond to any question or concern that I have. (She even offered to buy me a new mat for my front door when someone's dog messed on it-- of course not the apartment's issue). That just goes to show how big her heart is when it comes to her residents. And the maintenance team is TOP NOTCH!! Literally every time I have an issue I never have to go longer than a day or two to get it taken care of. Very happy I live here! Huge thank you to Noelle and her staff for taking such great care of me.

I’ve lived at Butterworth Flats for61/2 years the bldg is clean quiet no pests/bugs routine pest control. Maintenance issues handled in timely manner this is a key fob secured owner managed property who are very warm and accommodating for their tenants here. Great place to live walking distance to eateries bars entertainment and novelty shops.

I’ve lived here since 2016, and Noelle has always been very responsive to me and my maintenance request. Today was no different. I needed a Plumber to come out to fix a few things. He was scheduled to arrive between 10a - 5p, and he arrived shortly after 10a, and completed my work by 12:30p. Kitchen and bathroom issues, and he was very professional and efficient. I’m very happy.

Great place to live. It’s quiet, landlords are super nice and quick to respond and help with anything or maintenance requests. Parking isn’t the best, but other than that, it’s a great place to live and close to anything you’d want or need.
