Scammers! Vincent runs this property management, he is very unprofessional and a liar. 3 tenants have already moved out in a year because of this poorly ran property management and each time he tried to keep our deposit. I already have a small claims in progress. I know my tenant rights. I received scam texts and emails saying i owed the landlord past rent, i kept the screen shots of everything. I will file a BBB complaint also. Beware never deal with this business or rent with them.

Buena Vista Management Group is a 5 start company. It is a very reputable management group, and therefore I highly recommend it as the one to go with. I wouldn't choose any other. The company's CEO, as well as the staff, have always gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure my needs were met. My financial gains since Buena Vista took over my rental properties, have sky rocketed by 45%, but most of all is the peace of mind I have experienced knowing that my investments as well as my tenants, are in the best of hands with a professional, caring team. I am grateful Buena Vista is my management group!

Worst place to rent from they are horrible with communication , they will call you lair even if you have proof ! I highly do not recommend! Vicent is money hungry he dont care about his tenants at ALL

Horrible service provided to tenants not only that they don’t fix any maintenance issues and make u pay for the urself then insult u by saying see u in court bring money not food stamps they are the worst management ever especially Vince he needs to check and attitude and the way he talk to tenants he is putting owners properties at risks of law suit and city being call out remember tenants have rights too
