Jared is an amazing realtor! He was very patient in helping us to find a home. Never pressuring us, but wanted to find the best home for our situation. He knows the market and is a good negotiator.
When we sold our old home, he did a market analysis and helped us know how to sell it. The open house was impressive with signs, balloons, mailers and social media postings!! Jared is the best agent I’ve ever met. He is what a real estate agent should be. His operation is a real business, not just someone with a real estate license. They did a ton of work in selling our house. They mailed flyers, they canvased neighborhoods with door knob hang flyers, they syndicated the deal to hundreds of websites, they ran ads, they were super strategic in how they ran the open house, they coached us exactly on what needed to be done to maximize the offers, etc, all at their expense. Obviously they are earning a commission on the sale of the house, but they used those future commissions to pay for that stuff, which eats into their profits but delivers a much better experience and likelihood of maximizing the value from the homes they sell. That’s what I mean by they are running a real business.

And they delivered! We couldn’t believe the offers they got for us and ultimately the deals they negotiated for us. We were blown away.

Listen, your brother or sister in law with a real estate license may not talk to you for a while when you don’t use them to sell your house and call Jared instead, but they’ll eventually understand. The commission is the same percentage, you owe it to yourself to use the absolute best agent, and Bryson Real Estste are on a completely other level from other agents I’ve met.
