Spec home I saw had poor design planning, bathroom doors were off for showing, due to the architectural defects in design, doors in way crowding space. For a house representing your BEST showcase to get folks to purchase in this subdivision, I felt representation lacked thorough planning,I saw future drainage issues, which I brought up to realtor and folks are having plumbing issues of an unknown kind already, my plumber has to go out & fix toilet issue on a new build.. Homes are extremely high priced for the quality, subdivision has a pool which is why I was looking there, Ive decided to put in my own inground pool, This made me appreciate my 2300 sq. ft. home up on the wickiup mesa overlooking the beautiful lush Beaver Creek area, Sycamore park area which in Autumn is full of color, so much so that one would swear they were in the great lakes states of Minnesota & WI.
