I had a tour scheduled for 10:00 am, and I made a call to inform the owner that I would be running 5 minutes late. However, nobody answered, which should have raised a red flag for me. Despite this, I still drove for an hour and 30 minutes to reach the location, as I had scheduled the tour with the owner on Saturday. It is now 10:18 am as I write this review, and I am sitting in my car, waiting for the owner to at least have the courtesy to give me a call. I tried calling seven times, but no one answered. I also rang the doorbell at the leasing office multiple times, but received no response. This experience is a clear indication of a major problem. My time and gas have been wasted.

I can’t wait to live here!! This is an incredible place with all the space and environment of a great community. No loud neighbors just peace and quiet with the sound of children playing. The leasing agent is so nice and explains everything, answers all your questions just top tier. Like u said I can’t wait to live here

Ive been living here since July of last year and love the community and office staff. My leasing agent Angel was a pleasant and helpful as her name suggests. I would love to give a 5 stars but the maintenance requests system could be improved.

There was a leasing agency that originally managed this area before it was replaced by their current agents. The new management are doing their absolute best to make sure all tenants are adjusting properly to the shift and yes there have been a few bumps along the road, for us specifically, however Doretha is a wonderful agent. She is doing her absolute best to make sure all of our questions are answered and if we do have any issues that arise, she does her best to get it resolved. As for the maintenance aspects, Justin is a wonderful man and makes sure the job is done correctly and efficiently.

As I said before, there have been a few bumps in the road during our move-in but the new leasing company is doing their best for us and I feel heard and seen. I really do appreciate them!! The townhomes are absolutely stunning and the staff are just as great.

It's shocking to see a review that Tashina Anderson was unpleasant in any kind of way, form or fashion. My very first encounter with her upon just showing up onsite to tour was nothing short of professional. In the midst of assisting another prospect, she kindly and respectfully provided me a sweet greeting to request I wait just a few minutes so that she could properly introduce the community though there were no tour times available. In her one woman office she gets the job done all while engaging in friendly conversation, gathering details and moving diligently through the process. This is a brand new community in high demand and of course once you see for yourself, you'll understand why. Just driving on the grounds provides a sense of "I'm home" feeling. Tashina is a beautiful, customer service driven, friendly agent. You're guaranteed to enjoy working with her. Thank you Tashina.

Awesome Awesome Awesome! Ms. Tashina Anderson , is a God send. The townhomes are beautiful and she is awesome and patient and helped me along the process. She is a blessing and makes sure your taken care of! Treats you a person instead of a tenant / number. Amazing! Deserves to be a Manager. Above & Beyond!!

There are so many GOOD things about my experience when visiting today for a tour. First off let's start with the amazing leasing agent, Tashina Anderson. When we first came in the energy from the beginning was warm and inviting. When I say, Tashina, gets things done; she gets things done! From the beginning to the end, she walked us through the process and answered any questions we had or did not have. My fiancé and I were admiring this property from the day construction started but we kept saying we were not going to move again until it was time to buy; we even said this when we pulled up for the tour but Tashina's vibe was everything. A leasing agent should always have GREAT energy and be welcoming; unfortunately we have encountered otherwise but not with Tashina. And now let's talk about this townhome. When I say beautiful; it is beautiful from the gray hardwood floors, to the backsplash on the kitchen wall....gorgeous! Do not look any further, go get that townhome with Tashina!!! You will not be disappointed!
