This company overcharges for literate nothing. Part of the community have to pay full price for access To an to a community pool and other parts get to pay just Half of the same thing. I would love to get an answer, but everybody is always on a lunch break from 10am in the morning to 5pm in the afternoon. avoid this company if you can all they want is to raise your HOA fees and do not provide any lawn maintenance to the house or maintenance to the property around you. I wish I could explain to you how much this company Brody management will rob you, but I don’t have enough time There is a lot more.

Brodie Management IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! They are very poor property managers and I’m so extremely glad my development has replaced them. I’m purchasing my home and lived in my development for 20 years. Brodie has done little to nothing to ensure the esthetics of the community. The HOA fees are very high compared to other newer and esthetically pleasing communities. We have missing street signs, poor landscaping, poor security and I could go on. Not to mention we literally just had our parking lot parking spaces lines redone. They’ve been faded for at least 15 years or more. I could go one but it’s too much to type. I don’t see what my HOA was paying🤷🏽♀️

I was NOT apprised of the insane "rules" I'd have to live by here. I found out each one the hard way AFTER buying the condo and moving into it. The company isn't to be taken seriously. And if I weren't old, disabled, and ill--I can't even drive to store currently and to GET a light bulb so they can screw it in. Only TWO people on the premises have offered to help me, in ANY way, and I still waiting to arrange that. After I was widowed and then immediately afterward had a near-death accident in my beautiful big house with working faucets and showers, sinks, etc., in which I was no longer able to use stairs, or lift anything, etc., it seemed like a good idea to everybody for me to move here. Where I'd be safe. No longer all alone. Big mistake. Because I bought this godforsaken place, I've been constantly physically ill. And spending 10s of thousands of dollars TRYING to have things fixed. Which could ALL have been avoided if ANYONE--INCLUDING the pre-purchase inspection-- had been honest with me.

The head property manager Margaret is very nice and tries to be helpful. It's her staff that's completely useless. They do little to nothing to solve your issues, problems, or even respond in a timely matter.

Absolutely awful company and people. They are certified in being rude, unprofessional and ignorant. Their site manage, Sherrie, at High View in Hunt Valley is a power-craze and thinks she is the president of China. People in their main office in Timonium are totally ignorant and have no clue about nothing. Sherrie has a new boss names Kim which is totally out of this world. People won't stay with their company long due to their nonprofessional way of business and corruption.
...I will have to give credit to guys who worked hard during last winter removal and lots of busted sprinkler pipes, again, in 2015. Due to not fixing the issue permanently in 2014 the same sprinkler pipes and the same exact spots busted again in 2015 and made a miss in residents home. They are unbelievably hard headed and idiot and have no clue about their jobs. Every single residents in any location whose property is managed by them goes thru a lot and suffers from they way they manage properties and treat residents... One star is way too many for this company which is a joke ...

My wife an I live. In Loveton Farms condominiums. Brodie management is the care taker of this little village. We almost could not get through the front door which for some strange reason was painted. When they put back the hardware in the door I guess did not know how. We got home from work and it took us 10 minutes wiggling our key. Finally we got in. So they kept the front door unlocked and wide open because of the humidity so the paint did not dry properly. They picked 95 degree weather and 90 degree humidity to paint. They could not wait till fall. Hopefully the door will be fixed today.

Just so bad. We left Roundwood because of them. Just had had enough. We were too often banging our heads into the wall thanks to our "rep" (who we have yet to see represent, account manage, or really work of any sort) M. Dingaling. So many questionable repairs being forced. Very poor communication. Mistakes constantly - even just little things like titling a document certified mail when it wasn't. Unprofessional with typos. The language used with home owners could benefit from professionalism. I can't even imagine how snowbirds who are gone for months at a time can keep up with their quick, very forceful demands. Seems an interesting industry where if you're saddled with an incompetent representative, you have no recourse. Think of how many industries have a superior you can go to so work gets addressed properly.

Mother in law called because someone removed the key to the storage area…the manager NEVER returned her call despite leaving multiple messages. She was unable to get her Christmas decorations from storage.
It took 6 months to get a paper copy of the rules and regulations.
We put in an ADA request to change the knob for a handle because she has issues with her hands..crickets.
Now they are changing things and don’t communicate with the residents.
