Brigade is a B-Grade builder. Builder like Bren, sumadhura, SJR, Spectra are far better to brigade. It is no close to prestige, sobha, rohan, godrej, hiranandini etc. you can compare sriram builder in quality except its premium price. It plays well with customers mind. It makes big projects which look good from outside but quality of items are cheap. It does not provide same item which is displayed in model apartment. It will demand payment without allowing you to visit apartment showing excuse of safety. it will trouble you after you stay in apartment in various artificial issues. it will charge you high for any paid ammenities compares to any other A grade builder. All common facilities will be compromised. you can check with residents of their recent project at utopia

Brigade deviates from the plan. They won't rectify issues after the booking process is done. Least bothered, rather rude at handling customer's valid issues. Think before investing.
I have a flat at Corneestone Utopia, where Brigade allowed few owners to construcr an un approved balcony shade which is not in the original plan . A structute which blocks few other flat's balcony view.
Inspire of rasing multiple concerns, brigade's attitude was so arrogant . Though they allowed some owners to alter the exterior wall which is illegal and not in the plan, Brigade is trying to wash their hands off .
If you are investing in this, considering the builder, please rethink.

There is foul smelling nala just next to this property. Please be careful and do not get trapped by their channel partners. It would be wise to go for refundable EOI token instead of non-refundable EOI.

I did not expect that even such reputed builder is playing such tactics of hiding important information from customers. I just went with the name of Brigade and did not even try to research about surroundings. Blindly trusting someone is always a bad idea. After I came to know about this fact, I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Their marketing team says EOI cannot be refunded. I expect my EOI money to be refunded by Brigade.

If you look closely, you will notice a waste dump, incredibly small and dirty service roads (not the highway), drain water odor, mosquitoes (obviously), traffic congestion, and so on. The surroundings are quite filthy. I'm not sure how the Brigade group decided to launch a project there. Are they inspired by the Lotus, which thrives in contaminated water?

Had a discussion with the sales team and seems they are so arrogant. 1.5 cr is nothing in their eyes, they are so reluctant to answer. Please be polite to your potential buyers whether they will buy or not. We understand it’s a seller’s market but be nice with your customers.
From price point of view it’s very costly. They are charging 10k per square feet and that to be on the super built up area.
Better to be on the rent instead of paying the EMIs.
Also dump yard seems concerning, same like Sobha Dream Garden. Sobha Dream garden residents are suffering a lot, so please be careful to invest in this project with this high price.

Worst builder, never recommend to buy flat as sub standard quality and the management including CRM focus on publicity stunts and do not bother on customer concern and satisfaction. Not sure why brigade consider as A GRADE builder and they do not meet quality of C GRADE builder. If you want to have peace of mind, go with other builder.
