I am a current resident, and I am honestly extremely pleased with the way that business is handled through Bridge Homes. My rental house was formerly managed by Goal Properties (prior to be taken over by Bridge Homes), and I have never had an issue while being here. Ive been in my house now for over a year. I recently had to use the maintenance portal to have an appliance replaced- and even that was promptly resolved. I had a resolution within 24 hours of filling out a ticket, and replaced (by home depot's timeline) within the week. Their resident portal is extremely user friendly. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. I genuinely have no complaints whatsoever with this company and have felt great partnering with them!
