I bought the house from an individual who had it built. Brian Armstrong Construction backed all their work and were always available for home discussion. I love the house with high ceilings and long windows. The kitchen is designed very well with many cabinets, good lighting, granite counters and an island The master bath and bedroom are magnificent along with the outside entries. I have lived here for 8 months and the house continues to impress me!

In our first meeting with Brian, he listened to our wants and needs for our new home while Sheri took copious notes. During the design process we were given great suggestions where to save money or to make our home more efficient. Thanks Sheri (office manager) for keeping us informed through texts, emails and phone calls. Thanks Kade (our interior designer) for keeping us on budget!! Thanks Mark (our superintendent) for your excellent supervision at our home site. Thanks Brian for your professionalism and trustworthiness. Brian and his team of professionals were second to none for our project! We hired them to build a one story, piling, family home on our lot on Mobile Bay. We live in Birmingham full time and we needed to hire a team we could trust with every detail of this project since we were not in town to oversee the project on a daily/weekly basis. Our superintendant Tommy, was always punctual, easy to contact and so courteous and professional. We really can't say a bad word about any aspect of this home building process. And the house turned out amazingly well and is gold certified so it will hopefully withstand any of the Fairhope weather elements so our family can enjoy this beautiful home and view for many years to come!

I've had the pleasure of working with them on a few homes now. They have always been easy to get in contact with and available to answer whatever questions I've had. I've seen them build homes of varying styles, sizes, and qualities of finish. Every home is built with care and no shortcuts are taken. I've never met anyone who has something negative to say about him or his homes. I cannot say enough positive things about Brian T Armstrong Construction. The staff are so professional and walk you through the process step by step. The company’s experienced designer meets with you to select all design options before they break ground. Having the interior and exterior selections done upfront alleviated so much stress. The superintendent had amazing communication and set realistic expectations regarding timelines. As for the office assistant, Sherri, she was our rock during the build. She communicated with our lender when needed and talked me off a cliff a time or two. ? If you are wondering if you can “trust” a builder, you will not have that worry with BTAC. Their bookkeeper balances to a T and you will have the ability to see all invoices during their draw request process. The company’s employees take pride in their work and it shows in the final product!
