I started looking at homes all the way at the beginning of 2022. Brian reached out to me in September 2023 to see where I was at and helped me with my mortgage prequalification. It was important to me that my Realtor was patient, kind, helpful and shared similar world values; Brian was all of the above. He had a lot of insightful advice and helped me come to terms with what I was able to afford in this crazy Utah market.

We eventually found my home and were able to put in an offer very quickly - this was complicated by the fact that my home needed an FHA Approval but was not currently approved (this process can take up to 6 weeks to happen!)... Working with Brian and his recommendations for my Lender, we were able to secure an FHA Approval AS WELL AS nearly $8,000 in seller concessions! HUGE in 2023! Everything went seamlessly and smoothly and I was bought in to the home in a little over 1 month.

That said, if you are looking for a Realtor, I highly recommend using Brian! He was excellent to work with and I am very satisfied with our outcome. Thanks for everything!

Brian is the man! He helped me get into my first home and went the extra mile to help me through the entire process.
Even after closing Brian was always available to help me with any questions or issues I had.
I would definitely use Brian again if/when I buy another house.

So its a little long, but here it goes.. We have looked into buying for so many years we have been told "sorry can't help you" then I found Brian on FB of all places and told him our story expecting the same reply and he said nope we can help. So went to sat with him and Robert in November and with low credit score they sat down with us explained very thorough to us what steps we needed to do. So we started on that, by the end of January we had our score high enough to move on and started looking for houses YAY!! Everything move so quickly and smoothly in this process. It didn't matter if we had questions on Sunday at 9 pm they replied and answered everything we asked. We found our dream home had some things to settle on them and BOOM we closed March 13, 2020. Buying a home has always been our dream and they have made this happen so thank you all for doing so awesome!!

Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout our home-buying process. He was attentive and quick to reply to our text messages (best way to communicate with him). He jumped on our requests to view homes - sometimes on the same day as seeing them pop up on the MLS! He was knowledgeable when it came to upgrades and home improvements, and he provided great guidance and insight when negotiating with all of the sellers that we submitted offers to. We would definitely recommend Brian to other home buyers!

My wife and recently just purchased our first home. I'm not going to lie, the whole process was a bit overwhelming. So many decisions, negotiations, emails, phone calls and text messages. But this man, Brian Oxley, is my hero. He made the whole process so much easier. Obviously I had a ton of questions and he was more than eager and willing to answer any and all of them. And if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He was always accessible day or night and even on the weekends. I can't say enough how much I appreciate all he did for me.
