"We had been thinking of buying another place for quite some time and would only trust Brian to assist us. He did not disappoint!
He very intently listened to our list of wants including area of town and was forthcoming with managing our expectations based on our budget. In looking at places he quickly learned what we liked and didn't and each showing got closer to "home" He then graciously saw us through no fewer than six different offers.
Not sure if you've ever put in an offer for a home, played the waiting game (thinking of what furniture will go where the whole time) and then be met with disappointment, but it's a rollercoaster of emotions let me tell you. Brian was there through it all, narrating next steps and helping us navigate the emotion while negotiating the best deal possible. He was also there to pick up the pieces when the competing bids just simply went past our budget and kept us positive and on track with lots more showings. One of the most stressful and wonderful things in life is purchasing a home and I would recommend no one else to be by your side.

I really don’t have enough positive adjectives to describe Brian Bazinet and his AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL service to me! Just saying “Five Stars” really doesn’t do him justice at all! When I first called him, she was IMMEDIATELY on the case. He wanted to see it before the day was out. He very quickly had a sharp vision of how to decorate (stage) my older property and make it “pop”. Very impressed, I hired him on the spot. Wow did he act fast! Within a short time, he had purchased, assembled, and installed all of the improvements to my home. In addition, he had an UNBELIEVABLE video and 3-D interactive rendering done that were the two most impressive real estate videos that I’ve ever seen! I could hardly believe that it was my house, it was so awesome! He has an amazing eye for how to make a place look inviting and stylish! I HAVE LIVED IN SAN DIEGO FOR 38 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WORK SO FAST, OR SO WELL! We listed at an aggressive asking price, and with Brian’s marketing, received 12 offers, 11 over asking price! I selected the best cash offer, escrow was opened, and Brian and his team at COMPASS were on top of all the many details. At ALL times, Brian almost IMMEDIATELY replied to my text, phone, and email inquiries. He’s the most responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and ethical real estate person I’ve ever encountered. He’s a superstar! In addition to his many fine professional qualities, in person, Brian is warm, down-to-earth, and a very giving and kind person who just wants to do the best job he can for his clients, big or small (and I’m sure I was one of the smallest)! Escrow closed smoothly and with Brian’s help, I received the highest price ever paid in my neighborhood!
