I worked with Chris (Christina) Smith and she was great; she worked closely with me to answer all of my questions and walk us through the process of selling our single family rental property. She navigated us through everything adeptly, figuring out solid comps and pricing it right so that we were able to move quickly, which was a concern of our since mortgage interest rates had been rising all summer and we were selling in fall when inventory moves at a bit slower pace. What really got me was Chris' going the extra mile by managing and coordinating some minor repair projects and then staging our modest property. She even booked a professional photographer, overseeing all of this on a surprisingly quick timeline. I believe all of this really helped us get top dollar while selling our property quickly in a less than favorable seller's market. Chris' staging really made it look less like a rental and very neat and comfortable/homey, somewhere I could see a family wanting to settle down and enjoy. As soon as the listing was posted that weekend we started getting lots of views and the offers came in. In less than a week we had a number of solid offers and closed shortly after. Chris and the team at Brenton were really on top of it. While I worked most closely with her, I've found that often a great experience like this is more often than not a reflection not just of a true professional such as Chris, but also of a supportive teams, managers, and leadership (and Chris did credit the owner, Kathleen Brenton, for teaching her a good deal of what she knew to knock it out of the park for us!). Based off this experience I would for sure work with her again or any number of the other members of Brenton Realty Group LLC team. Thanks so much Chris and team!
