The water pressure in my house was very low so, I called Public Works. I waited for someone to contact me or to let me know if they were going to come out to check on it but, I didn't get a call till later, letting me know they were at my front door. I had a doctors appt and couldn't be there. I gave permission for them to check it out and they were going to come by the next day with a report of their findings. No show! Disappointing but, typical.
