I've had a positive experience living at Bravada 193 since I first moved here in 2022. It's minutes away from Hill AFB where I work. The units are very high quality. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are always clean and well maintained. I love to use the app for my lights, doors, and AC. The valet trash is amazing to have as well. I love having a leasing office that is always professional and helpful. I have specifically had a wonderful experience with Angelina. After returning from deployment, she was very helpful during my application process! She helped me find a unit within my budget and ensured the process was quick and easy for me. She's very detailed orientated and efficient. Anytime I've needed assistance she has corresponded within 24hrs with solutions and updates. I really love and appreciate the whole team. I would recommend anyone to move here for the customer service alone.

My apartment was gorgeous and very spacious. Mostly quiet neighbors. There were a couple of small fees that I didn't agree with while departing, but they didn't amount to much. Otherwise, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service deserves an excellent review.

I have called many apartments that are for rent. The office staff either does not answer the phone, they are not friendly, or they act put out to help.

I called Bravada 193 and much to my surprise received excellent service. Angelina answered the phone promptly, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy her job. She deserves to be recognized for her professionalism.

Review for Angelina ! Shout out to her for always handling anything I reach out about. I appreciate that you are always so kind and helpful ♥️ I also wanted to shout out Hailee our property manager, not only does she help with any needs we have but she also does take care of anything that I bring to her attention. Whether I have something small that needs to be addressed or something much more serious it all gets the same attention. They're all really helpful and fun to talk to any time I stop into the office!! Stop by and say Hi! I always appreciate all the prizes and their willingness to give back to their community. We have gatherings throughout the year like planting events, movies at the pool and prizes to win. There was a fun prize pull for the holidays and random prize pulls as well. I see complaints about noises which are true but also keep in mind this is community living and you will hear noises from time to time. People have to walk in their units and live just like you. I love the amenities in this community and see a lot of people using the amenities often. Its quiet here and I haven't had any issues with being over charged or random charges as well, that I have experienced at other places. They offer flex pay which is really helpful for a lot of people now days. Easy online payment options as well.

My sister and I moved to Bravada 193 a few weeks ago, and our overall experience has been positive. I just wanted to share my opinion on this apartment complex's positive and negative aspects.

The Good: When I applied, there were a healthy amount of available apartments for all the different floor plans, which made the process much less stressful. At the time, the pricing was also very comparable to other newer luxury apartments in the area. Plus, they offered a free month of rent as a bonus. When looking for apartments in the area, it was mandatory that I had a dedicated EV charger for my car, and Bravada 193 was the only complex in the whole valley that had any charging spots available. The apartments are immaculate and modern, allowing a good amount of natural light during the day while providing breathtaking views. I also appreciate amenities like the gym, clubhouse, hot tub, and pool, which are well-maintained. The complex is located near many different stores and restaurants and is close to the Weber State campus. The leasing staff are amiable and helpful as well (especially Angelina). Overall, It is one of the best places I've lived.

The Bad: I don't have too much to gripe about, but I did want to bring up a few things that should be addressed. The internet and smart home system were a letdown. From my testing, the speeds are capped at 100 Mbps, which is pretty lousy for modern standards, especially considering the other places I've lived in Utah had Gigabit (1000 Mbps or 10x) speeds for half the price. I also wish the smart home integration included most or all the lights/fans in the house instead of just two. For $110 a month, I was expecting more. The sound deadening could be better, too. Occasionally, I hear my upstairs neighbors walking around their apartment, but fortunately, it isn't much of a nuisance. Also, the mandatory valet trash is a head-scratcher. I want to drop off my trash in a trash chute in the building rather than walk out to the parking lot or leave my trash festering at my door. It's a minor inconvenience, so I will let it slide. Finally, the fit and finish of some of the apartment features could also use some work.

Of course, you can't expect perfection in life, but I wanted to provide a holistic view of my experience so far at Bravada 193. Overall, I am pleased I chose to live here and hope to stay here as I work on furthering my education. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Clearfield area, I highly recommend Bravada 193.

Mimi and Angelina have been very helpful and knowledgeable through the move in process. All of my correspondence with them has been responded to promptly and they seem to enjoy what they do. They have made the process of moving back to an apartment after 18 years in a home much less painful.
