I can't speak highly enough or say enough good things about the team that handled selling our condo for us. Brandon was point on that team. He went above and beyond. If you want a realtor that you feel is working for you then you need to call him. He knows all aspects of the business and has been in it a long time. He'll present you with all the information you need, from a seller standpoint, to get you maximum price on your property. We even discussed the state of the market several times and he's completely up to speed on that.

Once listed we had several offers very quickly and were under contract in a very short amount of time. That may not have been that big a deal six months or a year ago, but the market is down from it's hot peak. Brandon crafted a strategy that purposefully put us in position to receive competing offers even in this down market. We sold for just over asking.
