Amazing job at Sunday Park! It will look great once the fencing comes down. We can't wait to take our doggies down there.
Also, kuddos for FINALLY replacing our streetlights! Long overdue.

I want to thank JP and his Maintenance Staff for keeping the boat launches clear. I am retired and launch my boat 3 to 5 days a week year round fishing the reservoir. It makes it so much easier to unload and load my boat with the ramps clear of debris. My interface with the maintenance staff has always been positive. Thanks again.

I chose brandermill as a place to live the rest of my life, and the forests,waters,and beautiful winding roads were a huge part of that decision. I often walk on the paths, and as a birder and gardener, really enjoy the quality of maintenance that attracts and promotes beauty. I can't tell you how happy I am to live in such a well kept and peaceful place. I have moved around the world and the USA many times. This is where I will rest my feet

With recent storms multiple branches and tree debris had fallen in our neighborhood. I collected the branches and made piles near road. Brandermill crew came through and mulched up or removed debris. Thank you guys for stepping up and taking care of that. Your efforts in the neighborhoods in my area and Millridge are definitely showing in the appearance of the neighborhood over the past year. It makes me feel good about paying dues when I can see improvements not just new flowers.

On Monday, March 24th I stopped by the BCA office to see if JP had a few minutes to discuss the drainage ditch between Arrowwood and Garrison Place. He set up an in person walk with Charlie, Tim and I for the 26th. There is a consistent amount of water that never drains from the ditch. As we walked the ditch, there were 2 very large stoppages of leaves. Later that afternoon the maintenance team had removed the leaves. Thank you JP and the maintenance team for the quick attention. It would be great if the County was as responsive regarding flood plain issues.

I had not been to brandermill in a while and my family and I just recently went to an event at Sunday park. The new landscaping and improvements are wonderful! Happy to see that brandermill is also doing what they can to protect the shoreline. Sunday park is by far the best sunset in Chesterfield!

It was a pleasure dealing with John Paul Montervino. He listened to our concerns and promptly came to our location at Spinnaker Cove to assess the issues. He was very helpful in providing suggestions and people to contact regarding our water run-off problem. He had a crew out within three days to take down a dead tree bordering on our property which was a concern to our residents. JP is a great facilitator in helping Spinnaker Cove to move forward under the Brandermill umbrella.

My friend lives in Litchfoeld Bluff we walked over to the boathouse thru Brandermill I was so impressed with the view and the layout of the park. What a great setting
